Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Tern Setups

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
